What you will learn.

This course is designed to introduce you to concepts that will facilitate the study of Bioenergetic healing and lower the learning curve. If you are familiar with basic concepts and terms and have felt your own body respond to energy techniques it is easier take in the more technical details of a full scale course. Use it to lower your own stress and in the process explore how the world of energy medicine may serve you.

These three modules are designed to help you begin to understand how energy (Chi or Qi) works and what it can do for you. It is created to help you experience balance and know how to care for yourself energetically. It also serves as a transition into courses teaching Natural Bioenergetics/Health Kinesiology or many other energy healing therapies.

Studying these modules will open your eyes to the possibilities and help you discover whether you want to learn more. Many people take this course so that they understand what their Health Kinesiology practitioner or other naturopathic or alternative practitioner is doing and saying. Familiarity with the language and processes helps you relax and be comfortable with a natural therapy session.

For several of the exercises you will require a partner. Find a friend or family member who will let you try these exercises out on them. It is ideal to find a study partner and do the course together.
