Since our classes are taught by teachers in different countries, each teacher within NBI manages and runs their own courses. Once you register for a specific class or program, your teacher will be in touch with you on how his or her class will be facilitated.
Some of our classes and programs can be conducted fully within the NBI community site, and others will be conducted within Teachable or another online learning platform.
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for 1 year – across any and all devices you own. You may also download all the resources and manuals so you have access forever. Updates may occasionally be released, which will also be made available to you.
Each Program Manager or instructor handles the payment processing for his or her course. Your Program Manager will let you know how you can pay for your courses. Courses that are sold through the webiste directly are in US Dollars. This allows us to charge in multiple and local currencies and the amount will be adjusted by the applicable exchange rate .
Registration and commitment to a program requires payment in full. We may offer a monthly payment program to students on a case-by-case basis, and it depends on the cost, course and instructor. If you have signed up for and committed to a monthly payment program towards the full amount of a course or program, and end up dropping out or failing to complete the course series, the outstanding amount of the course/program price becomes due in full immediately. Registration commits you contractually to the full payment of the entire course fee; the monthly payments are not a subscription. There are no refunds once the course set has begun. All refunds are subject to the refund policy related to downloads of materials and manuals.
If you must postpone a class to a later series, your payment may be transferred towards a course at a later date. There will be a non-refundable administrative fee of $100 for transfers to other teachers or later courses.
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days or until you have completed the first DAY of class. Provided that you have not downloaded the materials, which are copyrighted, we will give you a full refund. Once you have downloaded the full course manuals that form the trademarked and copyrighted backbone of the course, we are unable to provide a full refund; however, we will transfer your payment to a future course by the same teacher.
If you purchased a membership that is renewable, renewals noticies will be sent prior to the renewal date. You will have opportunity to cancel or update your renewal information prior to the renewal date.
If you purchased a subscription service, you may cancel at any time. However refunds are not available for portions of a month. A refund is only available on full year payments and will be prorated to the unused complete months.
Such cancellation must be made at least 5 business days in advance of your next scheduled credit card charge.
A subscription is not the same as monthly payments for a full program. Once you commit to a program the full payment is required. We allow a monthly payment, however whether or not you drop out or fail to complete the course full payment is required.
Once you have completed your classes/program. We are looking into offering an extended membership, with monthly or annual fees so that you can continue to connect and network with our wonderful community. Mentorship meetings are included in the cost of the classes while you attend classes and for 2 months after so you can finish up your course work. Following graduation at any level, you will need to join a mentor group if you are not continuing to take classes.
