Cheryl is a veteran of nearly 20 years in the field of energy medicine. She started off with the discipline of Kinesionics and then branched out into Natural BioEnergetics in 2010. She fell in love with NB and determined to teach it after taking her first class. She achieved that goal in 2018 and has been active in teaching and mentoring students as well as some of the updating and writing of new curricula. Her own studies are ongoing with a particular bent towards holistic health, nutrition, and herbology, working with PTSD and severe trauma survivors, and helping business professionals to improve their performance. For fun, she also works with improving animal performance.

When she is not at work, she is with her husband and their growing combined family of 6 sons and 10 daughters and their (thus far) 26 grandchildren. Homeschooling and a tendency to teach as she works netted her the Educator of the Year in 2014 for Northern BC. Home birthing, doula work and a variety of other courses, combined with life experience have made her someone her clients and students value working with.

Her main mission in life is to assist others in excelling in their own mission.

Cheryl brings her wide background of natural healthcare that covers nutritional therapy, natural birth, and herbalism into the classroom. As a wife, mother of 12, and grandmother to growing numbers of grandchildren, her life experience allows Cheryl to bring a depth to her classes and practice that many appreciate.
